Jeff Reinhardt has been hired as a managing director at New York-based media M&A advisory firm Berkery, Noyes & Co. He’ll be part of the firm’s b-to-b communications group and provide M&A advice to U.S. and international information, marketing and communications clients.
Reinhardt was most recently senior vice president at Prism Business Media where he ended an 18-year tenure as a result of a series of division realignments. During his career with Prism, he was a group publisher with responsibility for portfolios ranging from $20 million to $100 million and played a central role in the sale of Primedia Business to private equity firm and current owner Wasserstein & Company.
In a statement, Kathleen Thomas, managing director of Berkery’s b-to-b communications group, notes Reinhardt’s industry experience as an asset to the firm’s services. “Berkery, Noyes has long recognized the value in having investment banking professionals who deeply understand their clients’ businesses, as well as those of their potential buyers.”
