R.R. Donnelley Signs $80M Deal with F+W
New agreement ‘greatly expands’ previous relationship, printer says.
Printer R.R. Donnelley has finalized a multi-year agreement with F+W Publications worth more than $80 million. The new contract includes several of F+W’s magazine and book products, including those produced at subsidiaries Adams Media and Krause Publications.
In a statement, R.R. Donnelley said the new agreement “greatly expands” its previous relationship with F+W. When asked how much new business the agreement brings to the printer, an R.R. Donnelley spokesperson declined to comment.
According to F+W CEO David Nussbaum, “consolidating the number of print vendors F+W employs has been a key strategic goal for the company.”
F+W’s magazines include Writer’s Digest, The Artist’s Magazine, Print, Horticulture and Popular Woodworking.
