Hurricane Wilma has forced the U.S. Postal Service to suspend delivery operations in a number of discricts in southern Florida today.
Many offices in Central, South Florida and Suncoast districts of the state have closed, and drop shipments have been suspended for the affected area.
The closures come in the wake of hurricanes Katrina and Rita, which knocked a significant number of postal regions in the southeast offline.
