With a renewed focus on its Web sites, Nielsen Business Media’s two real estate industry publications—Commercial Property News and Multi-Housing News—are debuting a new look today in print and online.
The September issues of both titles have a new logo and more user-friendly size and format, according to the company. Also, CPN and MHN both feature an updated editorial lineup that focuses on “thought leadership, industry insight, research, data, business intelligence and news analysis to give readers perspective on how industry news and developments will affect them and their businesses now and in the future.”
On the Web side, CPNOnline.com and MultiHousingNews.com have expanded their digital offerings with products such as audiocasts, Webcasts and blogs.
Multi-Housing News has introduced additional blogs to its line-up, including “Eye on the Economy,” “Capital Insights,” and “The Essential Kitchen,” while CPN has launched CPN Radio, a weekly online radio program that provides a macroeconomic outlook, industry updates and sector updates for the commercial real estate industry. The site also has a new blog called “Real Talk with CPN” that provides audiences with the latest news, views and trends.
In addition, MHN will be launching a digital edition of its publication in the next few months.
