Those in search of a major print magazine success story should look no further than Harvard Business Review, whose ambitious repositioning effort has yielded back-to-back years of subscriber growth and record-high circulation for the century-old title—thanks in large part to the vision of its senior VP and group publisher, Sarah McConville. An industry leader who delivers real business outcomes while inspiring innovation within her team, McConville exemplifies the transition from dated models of the past to smartly produced, cross-platform subscription products of the future, all while continuing to recognize the enduring power of print media.
As such, we are delighted to highlight Sarah among the 2019 class of Folio: Top Women in Media as the winner of this year’s Catalyst Award.
