Clients can now take advantage of a new pre-press product called RitePortal. This of software product is a customized PDF creation and delivery tool. Postscript, PDF, Preflight and file delivery are all completed from a single application.
In addition, our Real Time Image soft proofing interface when used in conjunction with the Matchprint Virtual Proofing System will allow clients to get consistent, predictable and accurate CMYK color proofing via LCD computer displays.
Finally, Cummings has addressed the need for training and support by employing WebEx. WebEx is an internet-based solution that allows the sharing of a common computer desktop for either troubleshooting or training.
