Stock photography and digital media provider Jupitermedia Corp. today announced its purchase of New York-based popular media and creative job listing Web site Mediabistro.com for $20 million in cash. Jupitermedia agreed also to pay $3 million more over the next two years. The purchase apparently was enabled by Jupitermedia's recent closing of a $115 million senior credit facility.
