The Selects Newsletter is now one of 5280’s top newsletter revenue generators, bringing advertisers to demographically-targeted audiences. This product worked in part because of the publisher’s success in gathering audience data. 5280’s Day in Denver Giveaway saw 97 percent of all entrants provide demographic information. Inspired by insight that Denver’s population has boomed over the last couple of years, this promotion offered new residents the chance to explore the city by giving them a unique "Day in Denver" experience. It was a win for both consumers and marketers alike.
Hero Presented by Nissan Titan XD: Multiple Magazine Title Campaign
Bonnier leveraged several brands and audience relationships to develop relevant content to promote the Nissan Titan.
Each magazine title hand-selected a military veteran or two to join an editor and/or industry expert on the trip of a lifetime. The teams were provided a Nissan Titan, loaded with equipment, and sent off on an adventure. These trips resulted in each title creating 5 to 8 web videos, as well as a feature story. This campaign helped Nissan meet their #1 KPI by generating a large volume of video views for the brand.
