 <title>Three Vice Presidents Out at Cygnus</title>

 <description>Three vice presidents are leaving Cygnus Business Media, the company announced to staff Wednesday. They include Dave Davel, vice president of publishing; interactive vice president David Parsha; and human resources vice president Judy Heidebrecht.
Parsha and Heidebrecht will remain with the company through the end of the year. Davel’s departure is effective immediately.
