Reinhardt Out as Prism Restructures
In a memo to the staff, Prism CEO John French described the reduction from four to five groups as a means "to facilitate better collaboration of franchises within a market to better serve our customers. The benefits of this realignment will enable Prism to better expand our franchises beyond print into online and other media and meet our growth goals," he added.

* Financial Services and Marketing
The groups will be led by Bob Moraczewski, Bob MacArthur, Pete May and Warren Bimblick, respectively.
Reinhardt also was part of an extraordinary group of b-to-b publishing executives that emerged from Cowles Business Media in the mid-nineties. They include Network Communications CEO Dan McCarthy, Wicks Business Information CEO Doug Manoni, Hanley Wood Magazines president Peter Goldstone, Radius Events president Carl Pugh, Quadrant Health Media CEO Steve Stoneburn, as well as Anne Russell, former editor of Shape; Lorne Manley, media writer for The New York Times, Keith Kelly, media writer for the New York Post; and Judy Lee, vice president, Media Service Group.
