Las Vegas-based Kellogg Media Group, publisher of What’s On, The Las Vegas Guide, has hired Jeff Wesier as art director and production manager. Weiser served as marketing designer for What’s On, from 2000 to 2004.

Rodale has named Allison Falkenberry public relations director at Men’s Health. She was most recently director of PR at sister publication Women’s Health. Allison Keane joins Women’s Health as senior director of public relations. Keane comes to Rodale after 12 years at Time Inc., where she served as communications director for Sports Illustrated.
