ALM has named Jeffrey L. Forte publisher of Connecticut Law Tribune and GC New England magazine. Lisa Siegel has been promoted to managing editor of both publications. Both Forte and Siegel are attorneys.
Linda Tse Correia has been named associate director of interactive marketing for AARP Publications, which includes AARP The Magazine, AARP Bulletin and AARP Segunda Juventud. Correia has been with AARP Publications for 12 years.
Marvlieu Jolla Hall has been hired by CMP Technology as senior vice president of Human Resources for the Manhasset, New York-based company. Most recently Hall laws vice president of HR at Lebhar Friedman.
VNU Business Media has named Scott Pierce vice president of the Travel Group. He will be responsible for three titles including Business Travel News, Successful Meetings and Meeting News. He was most recently president and COO of the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute. In addition, Eric Mika has been hired as senior vice president/managing director of the Film & Performing Arts and Music Groups. He will be managing international entertainment properties as well as international licensing for The Hollywood Reporter and Billboard brands.
Niche media company Lessiter Publications has named company president and founder Frank Lessiter chairman and editorial director. Also promoted is group publisher and executive vice president Mike Lessiter, who has been named president of the company. Todd Rank joins the company as vice president of sales. Rank was most recently vice president of Pfingsten Publishing’s Industrial Division.
