Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia named Elizabeth Graves vice president and editor-in-chief of Martha Stewart Weddings. Formerly the beauty, health and fitness editor at MSLO’s now shuttered Blueprint, Graves most recently served as beauty and health editor at Real Simple.

Tom Blair reportedly has resigned as editor-in-chief of San Diego magazine. Ex-senior editor Julia Beeson Polloreno left the magazine earlier this year.
