Jessica Sibley has been named senior vice president and worldwide publisher at BusinessWeek. In her new role, Sibley will direct the magazine's integrated sales team and will oversee ad-based revenues for the brand's multimedia projects. Previously, she was a regional vice president of multimedia sales at The Wall Street Journal.

Red 7 Media has promoted FOLIO: magazine senior editor Bill Mickey to managing editor of sister publication Circulation Magazine. Mickey replaces Kristina Joukhadar, who recently left the magazine. Mickey's appointment is effective with the April issue.

Scientific American has named Ivan Oransky online managing editor, a newly created position. He joins the magazine from The Scientist where he was the deputy editor for both print and online.

Radar has named Luke Hayman creative consultant and Kate Elazegui design director. Hayman is a partner at Pentagram Design, and will continue to work for the firm while consulting for Radar. Elazegui most recently was art director at New York.

SmartMoney has announced a pair of promotions. Vice president and general manager Andrew Seibert has been promoted to vice president and publisher of SmartMoney Custom Solutions, the brand’s custom publishing and communications group. Michael Le Du was promoted to general manager of SmartMoney.com. Previously, Le Du was the Web site's CIO.

The Reader's Digest Association has announced two staffing changes. Barbara O’Dair has been named as an executive editor. She joins fellow executive editor Tom Prince who recently joined the magazine. Also, Todd McCarthy senior vice president of global human resources. McCarthy succeeds Lisa Cribari. His appointment is effective March 1.

Dave Schwartz has been named Pink magazine's East Coast advertising director. Previously, he served for seven years in sales at AdEngine, a Web ad firm.

Real Simple has announced a pair of personnel changes. Time Inc. veteran Steve Sachs has been promoted from publisher to president. Stepping in for Sachs as publisher is Kevin White, who most recently served as associate publisher, sales and marketing.

CRAFT magazine has named author/writer Tina Barseghian editor-in-chief. Barseghian replaces Carla Sinclair who will be leaving the magazine to begin work on a novel.

Minneapolis-based Greenspring Media Group, a subsidiary of American Public Media Group, has named Walter Jungbauer vice president of business development and finance. Most recently Jungbauer served as chief financial officer of an international stationery company.

Online publisher Zinio has appointed Jeanniey Mullen to global executive vice president and chief marketing officer. Previously, Mullen led OglivyOne Worldwide's global e-mail and digital dialogue practice.

Direct Media has named Chatty Teirstein vice president of its Consumer Brokerage Division. Teirstein has served for more than two decades in the list brokerage arena.

Michelle Wolfe has been named vice president of sales and marketing for Wright’s Reprints. In her new role, Wolfe will be responsible for the acquisition of new business as well as maintaining key accounts. Previously, she was vice president of sales and marketing for FosteReprints.

SLG Advertising has promoted Steve Greenberger from executive vice president and media director to president and CMO. In addition to his marketing, promotion and research responsibilities, Greenberger will help develop the agency's expansion into television programming, media Web sites mobile media and computer programming.

Special interest magazine publisher Future US has appointed Richard G. McCarthy to the newly-created position of director of consumer marketing. Most recently McCarthy was director of business development for direct marketing media services company, ParadyszMatera.
