Winners will be announced on stage at the Eddie and Ozzie Awards Gala, October 22 at Cipriani, on 42nd Street in New York. The gala will serve as a kick-off to the 2006 Folio: Show, which will be held October 23-25 at the New York Hilton. Folio:, which publishes this newsletter, invites the entire publishing community to attend both the awards gala and the Folio: Show.

The Eddie and Ozzie Awards recognize excellence in magazine editorial and design, and this year's competition drew a record-breaking 2,200 entries. More than 100 expert judges spent a month evaluating the entries and selecting the winners.
