Meredith Corp. has announced a pair of staffing changes: former Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia president of publishing Lauren Stanich has been named vice president, overseeing business, marketing and editorial for its More and ReadyMade brands; and executive vice president Tom Hardy [0] has been given the added responsibility of chief revenue officer for the Meredith Publishing Group.

AARP The Magazine editor Steve Slon has resigned. Slon had served as editor since 2003. Hugh Delahanty will serve as acting editor until a permanent replacement is found.

Macrovision’s TV Guide Online has announced three personnel changes: former AP national editor Jennifer Holland has been named managing editor and TV Guide editors Matt Mitovich and Mickey O’Connor have been named senior editors.

Travel + Leisure has named Mike Fazioli as managing editor. Fazioli joins the American Express Publishing title from Men’s Health where he also served as managing editor.

Elle associate publisher Samantha Fennell has resigned in order to work on fund-raising for the Barack Obama campaign. As a result, Elle Decor vice president and publisher Daniel Ragone has been named to the newly-created position of vice president and managing director of Elle.

The McGraw-Hill Companies' Aviation Week has named Darren Shannon and Andrew Compart as senior editors. Shannon formerly served as managing editor of Americas at Flight International and Compart most recently covered the airline business and the U.S. Transportation Department for Travel Weekly.

Nearly two months after being eliminated as editor-in-chief [0] of Advantage Business Media’s R&D magazine, the New Jersey-based publisher has named Tim Studt editor-in-chief of Laboratory Equipment and Chromatography Techniques magazines, replacing Pam Ahlberg, who has left the company. ABM also promoted Jennifer Miller to executive editor of Chromatography Techniques and Erin P.T. Canning to senior editor of Laboratory Equipment.

Hearst Digital Media has announced three personnel changes to its digital advertising sales team. Chris Carter has been named national sales director; Rose Mills was promoted to Midwest director; and Hearst Integrated Media’s Detroit group advertising director, Dave Woodruff, has added digital media sales to his responsibilities.

American Express Publishing has announced three staffing changes: Keith Strohmeier and Frank Bland have been promoted to vice presidents and general managers, and Tracy Kelliher has been appointed to vice president or operations.

Ogden Publications has promoted Christian Williams to associate editor of Gas Engine magazine. Previously, Williams served as assistant editor.

e.Republic has promoted Lani Cauthen to publisher of Converge magazine. Prior to the promotion, Cauthen served as associate sales manager.

Modern Luxury Hawaii, a quarterly lifestyle magazine, has named W. Buddy Moore as publisher. Moore most recently served as senior director of This Week publications.

Former Egg Industry magazine editor Edward Clark has been named editor-in-chief of sister Watt product EcoAgri.Biz. The news site focuses on green issues facing agribusiness.

Custom publishing services company King Fish Media has announced three personnel appointments: Tanya O’Hara has been as senior account manager, Kristen Bourassa as graphic designer and Sandi Link as Webcast project manager.
