Debi Chirichella, formerly CFO of Condé Nast, has been named to the new position of COO of CondéNet. Amy Junger, formerly SVP financial operations, has been promoted to the new position of SVP finance and planning of CondéNet. Ted Nadeau, formerly vice president and general manager of CondéNet, is now SVP and general manager.

Time.com has hired Emmy award-winning video journalist Craig Duff to be director of multimedia. Duff, who most recently taught journalism at Princeton University, has worked for CNN, Turner Broadcasting and the New York Times.

Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S. has promoted Robert Botte to vice president, information technology infrastructure and operations. Botte has held a number of IT positions at HFMUS in the last fifteen years, from network engineer to senior director of IT.

United Business Media's Everything Channel has rehired Liz Madden to be managing director, RetailVision Events. Madden co-created the Vision Events division about twenty years ago and has been working as a consultant since she left the company in 1997.

Brant Publications, publisher of Interview magazine, has announced a pair of editorial changes to its Art in America title: Marcia Vetrocq, formerly senior editor, has been named editor, replacing Elizabeth Baker who will become editor-at-large in charge of special projects, including book publishing and Web site development.

Michele Vance was named editor of RTO magazine and RTO Online, both of which cover the rental-purchase trade. Vance was formerly vice president of marketing for rent-to-own company RentWay and public relations and communications consultant to Aaron's Sales and Lease Ownership.
