Former Marvel Entertainment Exec Joins Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia as CFO
Ken West to replace Kelli Turner.
Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia names Ken West as its new chief financial officer. West takes over the role from interim CFO Allison Jacques, who remains with MSLO as SVP controller. West most recently served as executive vice president and chief financial officer with Marvel Entertainment.
In other recent MSLO news, the publisher launched a digital subscription plan for the iPad editions of both Martha Stewart Living and Everyday Food magazines. The digital-only subscription to the monthly iPad issue of Martha Stewart Living is $19.99 for 12 issues, and current print subscribers have been granted free access to the iPad editions.
The company reported revenue totaling $54.9 million for the second quarter of 2011, down from $55.3 million during the same period last year. MSLO’s publishing revenue was $34.1 million, falling 3.2 percent from the same time last year.
