Case Study: Redken/Allure
Program: Redken/Allure Beauty Tour
Objectives: Provide a creative way to advertise and increase sales of the product only offered in select salons. Educate the end consumer on the benefits of Redken and reinforce the brand’s upscale positioning.
Results: In each of the Redken markets visited, area retailers reported increased sales. Attendance and demand for Redken samples at venues visited exceeded client expectations. An average of 270 data captures per mall were passed onto the client for future follow-up.
Program Summary: A fully wrapped Redken Hummer traveled to the nation’s top markets prior to makeover events, creating excitement and drawing attention to the Redken Street Team Guerilla Samplers. Appearing on Saturdays at area malls the Redken/Allure event offered free product consultations and samples bags as well as hair makeovers to demonstrate the product line.
