Access Intelligence to Launch New Technology for Events
LeadsConnect, which will streamline the collection and distribution of attendee data, to debut at LeadsCon.
Access Intelligence, Folio:’s parent company, and FISH Technologies will debut a new events platform at the 2017 LeadsCon. The platform, LeadsConnect, will allow event organizers to collect behavioral data on event attendees in order to make informed leads before and after the show.
Using a network of RFID chips and beacons placed throughout the event, AI and FISH can gather data that includes session visits, content downloads from the event app, exhibitors visited, and which activities each attendee participated in.
Attendees will also have access to a personalized page, which shows them all of their session content, exhibitor downloads, surveys, and prize notifications, allowing for easy and intuitive access to the content they engaged with during the event.
“We’re very excited to be able to introduce the same platform being used to enhance the fan-sponsor experience at some of the world’s largest marquee sporting events to the B-to-B industry and especially our LeadsCon community,” Kerry Smith, SVP of Access Intelligence’s Marketing Division, said in a press release.
While event and exhibition organizers have historically collected data on attendees, LeadsConnect is unique for its streamlined design, which compiles all of the relevant data together for organizers, vendors, and attendees alike.
“Until now, we’ve had to cobble together several different systems — event apps, registration, lead collection, surveys and meetings scheduling — to deliver our event experience. The end result was often cumbersome to our attendees because they had to log in to multiple platforms,” Smith said in the release.
The product will launch at LeadsCon, a performance marketing conference taking place March 20 to 22 in Las Vegas.
