Robb Report, the luxury lifestyle brand serving ultra-affluent connoisseurs with a slew of publications and digital portals, is launching a new magazine this spring focused on health and wellness.
Parent company CurtoCo Media made the announcement Wednesday about the establishment of Robb Report Health & Wellness, a quarterly title and associated Website that is devoted to turning health-conscious readers into “health connoisseurs.” The new magazine will be distributed alongside Robb Report via polybag (exceptions apply) with the first issue total at 86,925 copies.
“Robb Report Health & Wellness will empower readers to make the best healthcare decisions for themselves and their families,” contends Robb Report Health & Wellness division president Jeanne Fontana, MD, PhD, in a statement. The recently appointed Fontana is charged with supervising the launch and production of the new title.
The magazine’s focus will be on offering a distinctly high-end perspective on the latest medical advances in prevention, treatment, longevity and technology, as well as speak to breakthroughs in fitness, nutrition, philanthropy and travel for its affluent readers.
“Our goal is to ensure that our audience has access to the best healthcare information, products and services available,” Fontana says. “We will also feature the finest wellness programs at the most respected spas, fitness camps and resorts.”
Newly named Robb Report Health & Wellness editor Janice O’Leary will guide all editorial operations for the publication. O’Leary comes to the company from Boston Common magazine where she served as editor-in-chief and has also previously held editorial roles at Harvard Media School and Body & Soul magazine.
