The Alesco Group is expanding with the acquisition of Statlistics, a Connecticut-based list management and brokerage firm.
Earlier this year Statlistics announced a merger with Chicago-based data services provider Exact Data, but that deal fell through.
Statlistics, which manages b-to-b and b-to-c titles from publishers nationwide in a number of verticals, will remain an independent brand under the Alesco Group umbrella. The Alesco Group’s best-known list brokerage brands include Alesco Data and Response Solutions.
“The combination of Statlistics with our existing brands will provide clients with a valuable opportunity as we expand and diversify our portfolio of data offerings,” says Michael Sklorenko, CEO, Alesco Group.
Statlistics’ current owners, John Papalia and Donna Buckner, will stay on as members of the leadership team.
