Farm Journal’s AgWeb Launches Advertising Network
Ads are not guaranteed to run on specific sites in the network.
Farm Journal Media’s AgWeb debuted an advertising network for like-minded publishers and advertisers looking to grow their reach to farmers. The network adds another facet to AgWeb’s digital portfolio of e-newsletters, custom e-blasts and research solutions for advertisers.
According to Agweb.com, impressions for advertisers are available based on openings on partner sites, and ads cannot be guaranteed to run on specific sites within the network. Available units include 728x90, 160x600 and 300x250.
AgWeb will provide participating advertisers with monthly reports detailing numbers of impressions, CTR and other audience data.
Mitch Rouda, president of e-media for Farm Journal Media, says in a prepared press statement, “The world of online media is changing rapidly. Farmers are spending more and more business time online…our ability to deliver marketing messages is vastly enhanced by being able to deliver messages both on AgWeb and on other sites frequented by farmers. Now we can develop advertising buys that are broader, more impactful and more efficient.”
Farm Journal did not immediately return request for comment concerning the new network.
