Condé Nast has named Michelle Myers vice president and publisher of Lucky magazine. Myers returns to Condé Nast from Time Inc., where she served as founding publisher of People StyleWatch.

1105 Media named Janis Samaripa editor of Respiratory & Sleep Management. Most recently, Samaripa served as publisher/editor of Southern California Physician, and as editor-in-chief of HomeCare before that.

Peter Macey was promoted to national advertising director at Wired. Previously, Macey served as Northwest director.

Hearst named Cortney Pellettieri entertainment editor at Good Housekeeping. Most recently, Pellettieri served as entertainment editor at InStyle.

Ryan O’Hara is stepping down as president of the TV Guide Network and TVGuide.com. Separately, Diane Robina was named executive vice president of development, acquisition and programming strategy.

Decatur, Georgia-based music magazine Paste announced a number of staffing changes: Rachael Maddux was promoted from assistant editor to associate editor, and Rachel Dovey and Michael Saba were named assistant editors.

National Business Media promoted Dana Nelson to publisher of RV Pro magazine. Previously, Nelsen served as associate publisher.
