McGraw-Hill Construction has reached an agreement with the Associated General Contractors of America to continue publishing the association’s Constructor magazine, as well as its online membership directory, for another two years. The original agreement between them dates back to February 2005.

Constructor currently is published six times annually and is distributed to the AGC’s 34,000 members. McGraw-Hill said it expects to make certain “enhancements” to Constructor later this year.

Earlier this year, another industry association, the American Institute of Architects, selected Architect and Residential Architect magazines, which is published by competing trade publisher Hanley Wood, as its official magazines. The agreement effectively ended a similar, decade-long arrangement the AIA had with McGraw-Hill Construction and its Architectural Record magazine.
