Meredith has named Andrew Wagner editor-in-chief of ReadyMade. Wagner most recently served as editor-in-chief of American Craft.

Condé Nast Portfolio announced a pair of personnel changes: Michael Carroll was named national sales director and Ryan Avent was named finance blogger, replacing Felix Salmon, who left the magazine to join Reuters.

Boston Globe Magazine editor Doug Most has been named deputy managing editor of features of the Boston Globe. Most will have editorial oversight of the newspaper's 'G' section, Sunday arts and entertainment and travel sections, as well as the magazine. He replaces Fiona Luis, assistant features managing editor, who is leaving the company.

Michael Roscoe was named chairman of Distribution Services, American Media Inc.'s distribution subsidiary. Roscoe, who most recenlty was a consultant to the company, previously served as chairman of Dsitribution Services until 2004.

Wenner Media made a pair of staffing changes at Men’s Journal: Sheri Fishbein-Siller was named fashion director and Larry Miller was named account director.

Ogden Publications named Jeff Severns Gruntzel senior editor of Utne Reader, replacing Hannah Lobel, who left the company late last year. Gruntzel most recently served as a staff writer for the National Catholic Reporter.

Latina online editor Monica Herrera is joining Billboard.com as associate editor. Herrera’s appointment is effective April 15.

Martha Stewart Living has made a number of staffing changes: Former Domino editorial projects manager Ruth Altchek was appointed senior editor, Miranda Van Gelder was promoted to deputy editor and Laura Regensdorf was promoted to associate editor.

Kathryn Smith, a former conference director for food and events at Penton Media,has been named corporate conference director at M2Media360. In her new role, Smith will lead meeting planning and program direction for Cheers magazines 2010 Cheers Beverage Conference.
