Ex-MSLO CEO Joins JEGI
Wendy Harris Millard tapped for banker’s board.
There may not be many magazine deals happening right now, but M&A bankers are still looking to tap their talent.
Wendy Harris Millard, the former president and co-CEO of Martha Stewart
Living Omnimedia, is joining the Jordan, Edmiston Group’s advisory
board, JEGI announced today.
Millard had served as MSLO’s president since 2007 and co-CEO since
2008, when she and Robin Marino replaced outgoing CEO Susan Lyne. She
exited MSLO in April, and became president of Media Link, a strategic
advisory firm. Previously, Millard had served as the chief sales
officer at Yahoo.
Wilma Jordan, JEGI’s CEO, called Millard a “true digital media
innovator” who “helped build the model for advertising on the Internet.”
Millard had also served as chairman of the Interactive Advertising Bureau.
