CondéNet has announced several staffing changes as part of a restructuring of its sales team to operate as one unit for selling online categories including food, travel, fashion/lifestyle, teen and the company’s magazine Web sites: Christine DeMaio has been named vice president and group publisher, Eileen Mulloy has been named publisher of Epicurious.com and Devrie DeMarco has been named associate publisher of Concierge.com. Rachel Wintner remains associate publisher of Style.com and Men.Style.com. No layoffs were associated with the restructuring.

Hearst Magazines has promoted Debra C. Robinson to vice president and CIO. Previously, Robninson served as vice president of technology and production of Hearst Magazines Digital Media, a position she held since March 2006.

Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia has promoted Martha Stewart Living publisher Sally Preston to group publisher, overseeing a newly-created advertising sales group for all MSLO titles. Also, MSLO named Christina Cranley group associate publisher and Gayle Lambert group ad director.

Felix Dennis-owned The Week has named Huffington Post blog editor Francis Wilkinson to the newly-created position of executive editor.

IDG Communications has named Mike Romoff to the newly-created position of vice president of syndication. Formerly, Romoff held executive positions at NBC Universal, where he helped launch hulu.com.

The Atlantic has announced several personnel changes: Former Wired staffers Christie Stafford and Carolyn Wood have been named Los Angeles integrated sales manager and Southwest integrated sales manager respectively, and Ta-Nehisi Coates has been named contributing editor and blogger at TheAtlantic.com.

R.R. Donnelley’s George Zengo has been promoted to group chief financial officer, replacing Troy Reed, who has retired. Zengo will be replaced as president of catalog, retail and direct services by John Coyle, who was promoted from senior vice president of sales.
