Hachette, Penton, Glam Media, Bonnier, Niche Media, more...

In forming its Luxury Design Group—unifying sales and marketing operations for Elle Decor and Metropolitan Home—Hachette Filipacchi Media U.S. has announced a pair of staffing changes. Vice president and Metropolitan Home publisher Deborah Burns has been promoted to senior vice president of the group; and Barbara Firedmann, who served as acting vice president and publisher of Elle Decor, was named managing director of the group and is taking on her previous title in a full-time capacity.

Penton Media has named Jim L’Heureux senior vice president of e-media. Most recently, L’Heureux served as vice president of account management at Yahoo! Inc.

Michael Adair has been named vice president of corporate development and finance at Glam Media. Adair formerly served as head of sales finance for Google North America.

Bonnier Corp.’s Parenting Group has named Dan Josephs art director of Babytalk. Josephs most recently served design director at Hallmark magazine.

Niche Media has named Pam McNally to the newly-created position of group managing editor.  Previously, McNally served in several management and editorial positions during 12 years at Hachette Filipacchi Media.

The Atlantic has announced a pair of promotions: former Washington, D.C.-based director of advertising Ryan Grabenkort has been named West Coast advertising director; and Brooks Aukamp, who previously served associate director of advertising from the company’s National Journal Group, was named account manager.

Harper’s magazine has announced two personnel changes: Kathy J. Park has been named vice president of public relations and Elena Guzman has been named sales representative for book publishing art and culture.

Las Vegas-based Greenspun Media has announced two promotions: Paul LaRocca, who joined the company in 2005, has been named chief marketing officer for Greenspun Interactive, and Kris Donnelly, who has served as vice president of circulation, has an expanded role that includes marketing management.

Meredith Turner has been promoted to senior account executive at Manhattan media PR firm the Rosen Group. Previously, Turner served as account executive.
