Esquire has named Donald Perri as general manager. Previously, Perri was executive director of procurement for Hearst Magazines. He replaces Glenn Fitzpatrick, who retired.

Lisa Singer Moran has been named editor-in-chief of Bonnier's Babytalk magazine. Moran replaces Susan Kane, who was named editorial director of the Parenting Group and editor-in-chief of Parenting magazine last month.

Greenspun Media has promoted Melinda Sheckells to group editor of the publisher’s Las Vegas-based Niche Media titles, including Vegas magazine and its other custom publications. Previously, Sheckells was editor of Las Vegas Home & Design.

Jewish Living has named Anne Triece as publisher. Most recently, Triece served as vice president/publisher of Metropolitan Home.

Claude Girard has been named vice president/director of corporate sales at Hachette Filipacchi Media. U.S. Previously Girard served as vice president of corporate sales at LB Media Inc. He replaces Christine Petrillo, who left the company.

BusinessWeek has named Carl F. Fischer IV vice president of communications and global brand development, in charge of the brand’s communications and public relations efforts. Fischer joins BusinessWeek from Robinson Lerer & Montgomery where he served as senior vice president.

Patrick McHugh has joined Quick & Simple’s New York ad sales team. McHugh most recently was in the advertising department at Sunset magazine.

People en Espanol publisher Jacqueline Hernandez is moving to Telemundo Communications Group. Her new title is chief operating officer.

Condé Nast has named Steve DeLuca vice president and publisher of Details. Previously, DeLuca served as associate publisher of Condé Nast Traveler. He replaces Chris Mitchell who recently was appointed publisher of Wired.

NewPage has appointed Barry Nelson as senior vice president of sales. Most recently, Nelson served as NewPage’s vice president of printing sales.

Essence has named Darryl L. Dye digital account director for essence.com. Dye previously was account director for AOL Black Voices.

Story Worldwide has announced that senior vice president of marketing services Chris Parker has been named a partner. Parker will continue to oversee the company's North American marketing services operations.

Tosh Arimura has been named circulation manager at Science News. Arimura joins the magazine from the National Geographic Society where he served as senior planning manager.
