Lundberg had served as vice president and CFO at ALM from 2003 to 2007. He joined ALM in 1995 and held a number of financial positions, including corporate controller, director of financing and vice president of finance. He joined Penton as CFO last February.
Penton has already begun searching for Lundberg’s replacement, French wrote in the e-mail.
