Kitchenware News Magazine Sold to Trade Publisher
Oser Communications purchases Kitchenware News and Housewares Review.
Tucson, Arizona-based Oser Communications Group—publisher of trade show dailies, trade journals and magazines—today announced its acquisition of ELM Communications’ flagship Kitchenware News and Housewares Review .
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Kitchenware News and Housewares Review is monthly niche magazine serving consumer kitchen equipment manufacturers and distributors. According to owner and publisher Jim McNeil, “I felt that joining with a group with strong national presence could help our clients even more.”
As part of the transaction, McNeil will join OCG’s leadership team. OCG publishes titles including FirstLook Publishing, Restaurant Daily News and Arizona Gourmet Living.
New York-based investment bank M.C. Alcamo & Co. represented ELM Communications in the deal.
