New Southern lifestyle title Garden & Gun has announced a number of changes to its sales and marketing team:
â–ª Linann Harder has been named fashion/luxury market director. In her 15 years in the luxury retail industry, she has held senior positions at Polo Ralph Lauren and Ann Taylor.
â–ª Jim Manry has been appointed as sporting market director. Manry joins the magazine after holding multi-media and marketing positions at ESPN Outdoors, Field & Stream and Outdoor Life.
â–ª Steven Rousseau has been named automotive market consultant. Most recently, Rousseau served as vice president and group publisher of Motor Trend and Automobile.
Legal and business publisher ALM has promoted Paul Sussman to editor-in-chief of the Connecticut Law Tribune Group and GC New England magazine. Formerly managing editor of the Law Tribune, Sussman will now oversee editorial functions for the Hartford, Connecticut-based group. Associate editor Douglas Malan will replace Sussman as managing editor.
Commonwealth Business Media announced that former magazine group vice president Peter Tirschwell has been named senior advisory. Liam Power, vice president of business development, will take Tirschwell's place as vice president.
TechTarget veteran Andrew Hickey has been named senior editor of CMP Channel's CRN and VARBusiness. Most recently news editor of TechTarget's networking media group, Hickey will cover infrastructure technologies.
Printing/production firm McCormick-Armstrong has named Brian Hampel as northeast account representative. Hampel has served more than two decades as a print salesperson. Also, Candas Carmen has joined the company as an account representative based in Atlanta.
EXPO magazine has named trade show publishing veteran John Oliver sales director for the Southeast and Midwest regions. EXPO was recently acquired by FOLIO: parent company Red 7 Media.
