Pamela Henderson: Recognized for Service Journalism
Pamela Henderson, the crops and issues editor of Farm Journal, won this year's Grand Neal Award for editorial achievement. She is the first agricultural journalist to win a Grand Neal Award and beat out 32 other category winners for the honor.

A crowd of nearly 500 editors and publishers packed the ballroom of the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in New York City for the 52nd annual Jesse H. Neal Awards, held March 23.
Ad Age's Scott Donaton Named 2006 McAllister Editorial Fellow Scott
Donaton, associate publisher of Ad Age Group, has been selected as the 12th recipient of the McAllister Editorial Fellowship. He was promoted to associate publisher of the group after winning the 2006 Fellowship. In his new position, Donaton will oversee areas such as new-product development, online extensions, conferences and events, and global licensing.
Joe Hanson Wins 38th Annual G.D. Crain Award
ABM named Joseph J. Hanson, chairman of Professional Media Group LLC, the recipient of its 38th Annual Crain Award. The Award was established by a grant from the G.D. Crain, Jr. Foundation.
The Neal Board of Judges selected one winner per category and finally, after nearly two days of deliberation, chose the Grand Neal winner;the best of the best;from among the 30 finalists. The luncheon ceremony included the presentation of more than 30 awards in 12 categories.
